Peter helped a couple from Wisconsin find a house on the North Shore. There were visits to over 20 houses and protracted negotiations which produced this 6 acre estate with a pool, tennis court and a small barn for the goats Peter's clients wanted in the future at their new home.

This house was listed with another company, but with no results. Mr. Dorsey brought in proper home staging, a professional photographer and a company which prepares floor plans for use in property sales. He also set up a property specific website. Within a few months a good buyer was found.
