Built in 1994 to look like a carriage house, this stuccoed residence is a combination of European architecture with modern interiors. The front hall has a two story atrium with a fireplace. On the second level there is a library with a large window seat that has seasonal ocean views. Peter helped the owner sell, and move to Maryland.
