Several years ago the owners of this handsome property, the Spofford-Barnes House in Topsfield c.1749, met Mr. Dorsey at an Open House he was doing at another early house in Boxford. They promised themselves that when they sold their own house, they would hire this engaging broker who was an expert at period architecture, and had enthusiasm for antique features. That’s what they did, in 2020; and it sold in less than two months!
