This is a property in Manchester that I was hired to sell. Another broker had it before me, and it didn’t sell; so the owner hired me, and we used some PREVIEWS sales’ strategies, such as a professional photographer who got this view from a motorboat, and we produced, and widely mailed a large color brochure, and advertised it in the Wall Street Journal.
