Chipman Hill Farm – A prominent Massachusetts family had owned this farm for many decades, and decided to simplify their lives. Peter found the perfect buyer for this stunning and historic house (c.1680) from among his acquaintances who were looking for a beautiful home and a large tract of land. From the air, the house had resembled an “E” with three wings. However, one of the wings was later moved farther down the road to become itself, a very large and beautiful home.
